On September 29, APW launched their manifesto for a post carbon future in response to the Auckland Council’s vision to become the world’s most livable city as presented in their Auckland Unleashed Discussion Document - a vision, APW assert, that ultimately fails to prepare Auckland for huge global challenges ahead. The Manifesto was based on the submission APW made to Auckland Council’s Discussion Document released in July 2011.
